About Manx Drain Solutions
We're an Isle of Man drainage company. We look after everything from a blocked drain to a new treatment plant and drainage field, and we'd rather explain things properly than leave you guessing.

Drainage specialists for the whole Island
Manx Drain Solutions clears, surveys, repairs and installs drainage across the Isle of Man. We have 20 years' experience in drainage, and we work for homeowners, landlords, businesses and builders, on everything from a blocked kitchen drain to a complete off-mains system for a new house.
A lot of our work starts with a simple call about a blocked drain. Some of it ends there. Some of it turns into a survey, a repair, or a new septic tank or treatment plant. Whatever it turns out to be, we'll explain what we've found and what the options are.

What you can expect from us
Straight answers
We tell you what's wrong, what needs doing and what doesn't. If a job is small enough to sort yourself, we'll say so.
Evidence, not guesswork
Where it matters, we show you the camera footage and put our findings in writing, so you can see the problem for yourself.
The whole job, one firm
Survey, design, excavation, installation and reinstatement, all done by us. No juggling different trades.
We know the Manx rules
The Island has its own regulations for drainage, sewer connections and septic tanks. We work with Building Control, Manx Utilities and DEFA, and can help with the paperwork.
Free consultation
Your first consultation is free, and we give you a free estimate before any work starts. No surprises.
Careful on site
We protect your property, keep the work area tidy and put back what we dig up.

Why this website explains so much
Drainage is out of sight, and it's hard to make a good decision about something you can't see. So we've put what we know on this website: how septic tanks and treatment plants work, what the Isle of Man rules say, when a drain can be relined and when it can't.
We hope it helps, whether you end up using us or not. And if you'd rather just talk it through, call us on 07624 202220.
